The Newmarket Facilities Department provides management and services to all school and municipal buildings. Our goal is to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all staff, visitors, students, and community members to enjoy.  

We provide maintenance, custodial services, construction management, long- and short-term planning, stormwater inspections, property management, and additional related services to the Newmarket community.
